Cadbury’s Focus Groups

The chocolate experts were broken down in to focus groups today to test two Cadbury’s  products. Chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered toffee popcorn.  Leaders were appointed for each group who asked a number of questions about the product to the rest of their group.

An understanding of the business side to these products and the decisions and feedback that are needed to survive in the market was achieved along with the knowledge that popcorn covered in chocolate is surprisingly tasty!
